How do I return my order? What is the return
address for your products?
We hope you will not find any reason to return your products, but if you do,
we back all of our products with a 30-day money-back guarantee. (Your
guarantee period may be more than 30 days if you ordered certain
products during a special promotion). We encourage you to call your
Coach for advice on how to get the most from your product. If for any
reason you're unsatisfied, you can also give us a call—we're here to help
you reach your fitness goals.
Money-back guarantees start at the date of delivery. Returns must be
postmarked within money back guarantee period, so call us within that
time period at 1-800-414-0513 Monday – Friday 8 AM – 5 PM, Saturday 9
AM – 3 PM (all times Eastern) for a return authorization number (RA #) and
instructions. Remember that while the cost of product is refundable,
shipping and handling is not.
RETURN INSTRUCTIONS (please read carefully):
1. Call us for an RA# at the number above. Write your RA# on your packing
slip.
2. Circle the items you're returning on your packing slip.
3. Box the items you're returning with this packing slip, and attach a
mailing label to the box.
4. Return the box using any carrier you wish (US Mail, UPS, Fed Ex, etc.)

5. We recommend you insure the package and retain your receipt or
tracking number for your Records. Xtreme Body Fitness is not
responsible for lost packages.
6. We process all returns within 7 days of receipt of merchandise in our
warehouse. Please allow 30 days to see the refund on your monthly credit
card statement.
7. Late returns, returns without an RA#, refused deliveries, return-to-
sender and cash-on-deliveries (CODs) are not accepted.
How long does it take to get a refund?
Please allow about 2 weeks from the date we receive your return for your
credit to post to your account. If you ordered using an E-Check, your credit
will post back into your checking account (allow about 3 weeks, as this
process takes longer than a credit card). If you ordered using a money
order or personal check we will mail you a refund check. Allow about 4
weeks for your refund check to arrive.
Are your products available in Canada?

surprises in your bank account or your mailbox. (Well surprises could be

RETURNS GUARANTEE

SHIPPING & DELIVERY
www.xtremefitnessgear.com will use its best
efforts to ship products within 10 days of the receipt of a properly
completed payment. However, please note that with increasing popularity
of the these programs, some orders may take 3 weeks for delivery due to
limitations on warehouse and distributor supply. Any delivery or shipment
date provided by www.xtremefitnessgear.com
to you is our good-faith estimate.
Shipping usually takes 3-6 days before you will receive your order, PLUS
any delays in products in our warehouse and however long it takes to
process the order. Currently processing time is taking between 5-7
business days (as of December 1st, 2007).

liable for any loss, damage, cost, or expense related to any delay in
shipment or delivery.
Some of our suppliers ship directly to you so you may receive your order
in multiple shipments, In addition, you may receive an invoice only from

WE SHIP VIA USPS & UPS
Tracking numbers will be provided once your order has shipped on either
the UPS.com website or USPS.com website. www.xtremefitnessgear.com uses USPS & UPS Ground for shipping
within the United States and Canada. We've found that both USPS & UPS
provide the best value and reliability for our customers.
CANADIAN SHIP TO ADDRESSES
At this time, we cannot ship outside the U.S. or Canada. For all Canada
shipments, any shipping charge under $50.00US (excluding $10.95 US
for duties and taxes) will be charged at the time of order. If the shipping
charge exceeds $50.00 US, you will be notified by email with the shipping
quote. We ask that you review the quote and specifically approve the costs
prior to processing for shipment. All orders delivered to Canadian
addresses are shipped once per week. We've found the most cost
effective way to ship to our Canadian customers is to consolidate
shipments and minimize both import duties and taxes. Consolidation
adds up to 5 additional days for shipping but results in a flat $10.95 US
additional charge for duties and taxes.
ALASKA AND HAWAII SHIP TO ADDRESSES
There is a $9.95 fee for shipping to ALASKA and HAWAII in addition to
normal shipping charges.
NO MINIMUM ORDER REQUIREMENT!

minimum order requirement for any of our products. If you need a special

SALES TAX
8.9% sales tax will only be assessed for orders that are shipped to
