An exercise ball is a ball made of elastic soft PVS material and has a diameter within the range of 35 to 85 centimeters i.e. 14 to 34 inches. Obviously, this ball is filled with air. Now the amount of air which is filled in it depends on the exercise being carried out. The air can be easily inserted into or removed from the ball using a valve stem present on its outer surface. Often an exercise ball is known as a Swiss Ball.
